The superbly refitted and maintained 37.79-metre HEESEN ‘CALAF’ becomes the 2nd sale in two weeks for YPI Brokerage, the Sales & New Construction Division of Yachting Partners International (YPI).
A long standing and successful charter yacht, superbly maintained and still fresh from her major hi-spec refit in 2007, the 1992 Heesen-built CALAF becomes the second sale in the first two weeks of 2012 for YPI Brokerage and its Sales & New Construction broker, Matt Albert who acted in both sales, this time representing both buyer and seller.
“CALAF is a wonderfully maintained Heesen,” says Matt, “offering all the renowned finish and class of one of the world’s leading Dutch builders together with the added benefits of a yacht superbly refitted with the very latest technology.”
With a Frank Mulder design offering a blend of the classic with a touch of the contemporary, CALAF is both spacious and comfortable and sleeps up to 10 people in 5 cabins.
