SEVEN SINS - New Joint Listing For YPI

Launched in 2005 this 41-metre Heesen displacement yacht was voted Best Motor Yacht in the ShowBoats International Awards 2006. Since then she has remained one of the most popular yachts of her size on the worldwide charter market, booking almost 100 days of charter every year. YPI Brokerage - the Sales and New Construction arm of Yachting Partners International (YPI Group) – together with Camper and Nicholsons - are therefore extremely proud to announce their appointment as Joint Central Agents for the sale of the highly acclaimed tri-deck motor yacht SEVEN SINS.

SEVEN SINS was THE groundbreaking displacement yacht from Heesen Shipyard," explains Matt Albert, her YPI Broker. “She certainly played an important role in the subsequent global success of some of their later models."

The superyacht SEVEN SINS still draws attention today, a valid testament to the time and energy poured into her design and construction by her present and only owner, a knowledgeable yachtsman who at the time was at the shipyard almost on a daily basis.

"SEVEN SINS is his seventh yacht,” adds Matt. “That pretty much says it all.”

The recurring "seven" theme continues with the fact that SEVEN SINS operates with a crew of just seven - an unusual feat for a 41-metre yacht. "Proof, if more is needed,” says Matt, “of the quality of the shipyard’s original construction, and the extremely close knit crews the vessel has been privileged to attract over the last five years."

Sleeping up to ten guests in five exquisitely appointed cabins (1x Master, 2x VIP and 2x Twin), SEVEN SINS welcomes guests with a modern, comfortable interior that uses cherry wood panelling, teak and ebony parquetry to maximum effect.

"It is a clean and light interior with a great feeling of space,” says Matt, “thanks in part to 2-metre 10 cm head rooms and extremely large windows throughout the vessel.”

The sky lounge is one of the largest to be found on a vessel of this size, and it provides a true second interior area for guests. Lunch or dinner can be taken either on the upper deck (table for 12) or on the Jacuzzi sun deck (table for 10) which is also equipped with sun pads. All tenders are stored in the garage which also houses a sauna.

Already well proven on Atlantic crossings, SEVEN SINS is a comfortable yacht for long range cruising. Exceptionally stable underway and with zero speed stabilisers, she also offers extreme comfort at anchor to all guests. Even those less accustomed to spending longer periods at sea will be comfortably re-assured by the outstanding sea-qualities of SEVEN SINS.

“Given her pedigree she is very competitively priced,” says Matt. “SEVEN SINS is one of those rare examples of a yacht that looks just as good today as when the world first set eyes on her five years ago. She is a sleek, comfortable, head turning yacht and an absolute ‘must-see’ for any serious buyer.”

SEVEN SINS is for sale through YPI Brokerage at an Asking Price of: EUR 16,000,000 and can be viewed in Southern Italy until late June, then in the Eastern Mediterranean this summer.

NOTE: SEVEN SINS has 35 days of charter already booked for this summer, with more pending.
