HEYSEA 152
“Proven build quality and exceptional build price”

YPI and YPI Asia are pleased to announce representation of the stunning 46m displacement yacht project, the HEYSEA 152, from China’s leading luxury yacht constructor.

Established in 2007, the Heysea Yachts Group is today the N°1 luxury yacht brand in mainland China with sales of over 100 yachts and ranking 25th in the world according to the latest Global Order Book published by Boat International Media.

Specialising in the construction of mid-to-large luxury yachts, Heysea Yachts was the first to receive CCS certification and is today highly respected for its solid R&D and customisation capabilities including an expert management team with over 20 years of industry experience, specialised yacht design and naval engineering teams, more than 350 experienced technicians and over 66,700sqm of build facility, with comprehensive modern workshops and launching slipway.

“I have been familiar with Heysea for some time now,” explains YPI Managing Director and Head of YPI Asia, Laurent Debart. “They build quality product with excellent attention to detail and finishing at a fraction of the price a similar build would cost an owner in Europe or the States. So we are very proud to now present their excellent HEYSEA 152 to our clients.”

With a superb axe-bow design and fully customizable layout for up to six well-appointed cabins, the HEYSEA 152 offers a lot of volume and precision engineering (including electronics, equipment and engineering provided by recommended European or American suppliers) for its Asking Price of just USD 12,980,000. And all with a build time of under two years.

“Heysea not only understand building quality but they understand quality bespoke client service as standard,” explains YPI Director of Sales, Russell Crump. “With the HEYSEA 152, the yard has produced a simple example interior design and they are more than ready to adapt or change that interior according to the client’s wishes, and that includes paying for the services of a reputable interior designer or one of the client’s own choosing.”

“China offers a new look and a new perspective on yachting,” says Laurent. “They have the skill, the experience, the resources and the know-how to build quality luxury yachts to a very high standard. And in much the same way as many of our clients are now looking to reputable commercial yards to construct their new superyacht projects, we are convinced Heysea offer the right mix for clients to build in China and then enjoy wherever they are in the world.”

HEYSEA 152 is for sale exclusively with YPI Brokerage for USD 12,980,000

“Excellent charter record and superbly maintained”

For many clients, catamarans offer a number of very real advantages over monohull sailing yachts including level sailing, more comfort, space, privacy and indeed performance. ROSE OF JERICHO is one of the finest on the market today.

Launched in 2004 and one of the best in build from French yard, JFA, ROSE OF JERICHO was designed and constructed for an experienced sailing yacht owner who has kept her in immaculate condition with continued capital investment throughout to ensure she is perfectly equipped for extensive and challenging offshore cruising.

“She underwent a superb refit in 2012,” explains her YPI Broker and Head of YPI Sailing, William Bishop. “She benefited from a complete mechanical overhaul including the engine room with new generator and A/C unit, a complete re-paint of her hull and superstructure and re-caulked decks. Her interior was also completely refurbished with new galley, carpets, soft furnishings, interior panelling and new media and communication systems. She has also just completed a further yard period in New Zealand.”

Level sailing gives greater comfort and is less tiring
No rolling at anchor
Shallow draft allows easy cruising & anchoring in shallow water

Wide deck areas give plenty of space
Separate hull accommodation gives excellent privacy
Genuine positive buoyancy gives increased safety
360° view from bridge deck cabin
Average speed of 14 knots for transpacific crossing

It is therefore perhaps not hard to see why ROSE OF JERICHO has proved so popular as a charter yacht with YPI. “She offers a lot of space and privacy for a sailing yacht,” explains her YPI Charter Manager, Alena Zilayova. “She can accommodate up to six guests in three well-appointed double cabins all with ensuite facilities and air conditioning throughout.”

“For buyers who enjoy the thrill and the passion of sailing but would prefer a little more space, comfort and privacy, ROSE OF JERICHO is one yacht that should be seen,” says Will. “She has provided a lot of enjoyment for her current Owner and many charter guests over the years. Now, with a very competitive price it’s the turn of a new owner to enjoy all she has to offer.”

ROSE OF JERICHO can now been viewed in New Zealand.

ROSE OF JERICHO is now for sale exclusively with YPI Brokerage for Asking Price: EUR 3,250,000
