Description
Conceived as a world cruiser for an experienced yacht owner, no expense was too great when she was built and no detail too insignificant in her creation. WILLIAM TAI's relatively shoal centre board draft and balanced ketch rig, with twing engines, is an ideal cruising configuration.
Equipped with in-boom furling technology and proprietary equipment, WILLIAM TAI has been continually upgraded and beautifully maintained.
The current Owners' wish was that she should be ready for world cruise, without having to undergo any extensive service of refit periods for the foreseeable future.
This has achieved by taking the Yacht back to the Yard that built her, ensuring that her pedigree has been maintained and that the work undertaken is to Royal Huisman's meticulous standards.
WILLIAM TAI is now in the best condition since her launch, a new Owner can be confident that they will own a unique vessel of undisputable quality and grace.
She has been extensively upgraded throughout with all areas focused upon during this comprehensive refit period. As you will see from the work list undertaken all items have been addressed, new teak deck, paint, interior and exterior upholstery as well as a complete service of all technical systems and rigging.
William Tai is one of the finalists at the 2010 World Superyacht Awards.
