Fireworks on the French Riviera

The skies over the French Riviera erupt into a hue of colour during July and August when a series of fabulous firework displays take place.
The major firework festivals take place in Monaco, Cannes and Antibes, and there is no better place to watch them than from the deck of your crewed yacht charter.

Monte Carlo’s famous fireworks festival is definitely worth a visit on your crewed motor yacht charter. Reserve your place in the first-class Port Hercules and marvel from the privacy of your crewed yacht charter at the array of colours lighting up the sky.

The festival, known as the Concours International de Feux d’Artifice Pyromelodiques, takes place between July 9th and August 25th. The competition has been held since 1966 and brings pyrotechnic specialists from different territories and countries of the world to show off their talent.

The fireworks begin around 9:30 pm, when it is dark, so it’s important to get a comfortable seat on your crewed motor yacht charter so that you enjoy the explosive event to the maximum.

Cannes:

Motor on down to Cannes on your crewed yacht charter to catch a glimpse of the Cannes Festival International d’Art Pyrotechnique, which kicks off on July 14th.

This contest, best viewed from your crewed motor yacht charter in the Baie of Cannes, is set to music making and sees entrants from several European countries competing for the top prize on six evenings between July 14th and August 24th.

Each year, a trophy – the Silver Vestal – is awarded to the best show in the contest, which will this year see entrants from Spain, England, France, China and Russia.

Antibes:

Last but not least in the French Riviera’s fireworks festival calendar is Antibes’ Festival Pyromelodique, a magical show in the Bay of Juan-les-Pins which is best viewed from the deck of your crewed motor yacht charter.
