Once we have explored the various options in terms of charter yachts and itineraries and have determined the best choice for you and your party, we are then ready to proceed with the booking of the yacht. This occurs in stages and is a very easy process, as follows:
AGREEMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
We will prepare and send you a MYBA Charter Agreement detailing the yacht, the agreed dates, location, cruising area and cost. If all is in order, we will ask you to sign this Agreement and return it to us as quickly as possible. The Agreement is then sent to the Owner for counter-signature and a fully-signed copy returned to you for your retention.
Once a fully-signed Agreement is in place, the first payment (normally 50% of the charter fee) is due immediately to secure the booking and should be paid by bank transfer to the account shown on the Agreement. The balance payment is usually due one month prior to the charter commencing.

ADVANCED PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE (APA)
The Charter Fee includes the charter of the vessel, the crew and the vessel’s insurance Operating expenses such as fuel, dockage, food and beverages are for the Charterer’s account and are covered by the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (or APA), which is generally estimated at an additional 20-30% of the Charter Fee. The APA is payable at the same time as the balance of the Charter Fee, one month prior to the charter.
During the cruise the Captain will carefully account for all expenses and, at the end of the charter, will present the Charterer with a detailed statement of accounts and receipts. Any unused APA funds shall immediately be returned to the Charterer and, likewise, any shortfall shall immediately be payable by the Charterer before he leaves the yacht.
CHARTERER'S PREFERENCE FORM
Well in advance of your charter, we will send you a detailed questionnaire, asking you to complete and return it with as much information as possible regarding your travel arrangements, guest list, dietary requirements, any medical conditions and so on. This will enable the crew to prepare the yacht in accordance with your own individual requirements, and ensure that any special requests are catered for.
You are now set to go cruising! We, at Yachting Partners International, will always try to welcome you on board or to meet you on the last day of your cruise, but this may not always be possible due to location, in which case we will call you during the cruise to ensure all is to your satisfaction. We will also remain in discreet contact with the vessel during your stay on board, so if you have any concern, please do not to hesitate to contact us directly or via the Captain.
Please note that the charter rates, status and equipment lists given for each yacht are correct at the time of going to press. However, there are occasional changes, so please check before booking.
